At Catalyst BioLabs, we are committed to quality, accuracy, and professional customer service. Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, all return and refund requests are handled under the policy below.

Research Use Materials

All products sold by Catalyst BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory and analytical research purposes only.

Due to the controlled nature of laboratory research materials, returns are not accepted after shipment. Damaged, incorrect, or fulfillment-error orders may be reviewed for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery, with required documentation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Fulfillment Errors

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and products
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, Catalyst BioLabs may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected item
  • Issue store credit
  • Issue a refund for the affected product

We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our fulfillment process and work quickly to resolve legitimate concerns.

Quality Concerns

All Catalyst BioLabs products are batch-tested and supported by independent Certificates of Analysis.

If you believe there is a verified quality issue with a product, please contact our support team with:

  • Lot number
  • Order information
  • Description of concern
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

Verified quality-related issues will be reviewed promptly by our team.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing
  • Additional time depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from a verified fulfillment error by Catalyst BioLabs.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks — including disputes initiated after verified delivery without prior communication — may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of purchasing privileges
  • Recovery actions for associated processing fees

Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
