Testing & COAs
How every batch is verified before it ships.
Yes. Every batch undergoes analytical verification to confirm identity and purity. Batch-specific documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), supports transparency and research traceability.
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by Horizon Analytical, a U.S.-based testing laboratory. No batch is released for sale until it has passed third-party verification.
You can verify any Catalyst Bio Labs COA directly on Horizon's system at horizonanalytical.com.
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by our third-party laboratory that confirms the identity, purity, and analytical results for each batch. Every COA includes:
- HPLC purity analysis
- Mass spectrometry confirmation
- Endotoxin screening
- Lot number and production date
You can view COAs for all current products on our COA page, and verify any of them independently through Horizon Analytical.
ENDO Passed means the batch has been tested and confirmed to fall within the industry-standard endotoxin threshold for research-grade peptides. Endotoxins are bacterial byproducts, and verifying low levels is a critical checkpoint in our release process.

Placing, modifying, and tracking your order.
Yes. An account is required before checkout. All purchasers must confirm age, researcher type, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions before purchasing. Account creation is fast and helps maintain compliance with our research-use-only policy.
If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, contact us immediately and we will review your request.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
Shipping & delivery
Where we ship and how long it takes.
We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or support freight forwarding services.
Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after carrier pickup. Delivery timelines depend on carrier performance and regional logistics.
Orders placed before 3 pm CT ship the same business day. Tracking information is automatically emailed once the shipment leaves our facility.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility, packaged discreetly with full tracking. Peptides are packaged in tamper-evident vials with temperature-stable packing materials to help maintain product integrity during transit.
Returns & order issues
What to do if something arrives wrong.
Due to the controlled nature of laboratory research materials, returns are not accepted after shipment. Damaged, incorrect, or fulfillment-error orders may be reviewed for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery, with required documentation.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with:

Storage & handling
How to store peptides upon receipt.
Unopened, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide vials should be stored refrigerated upon receipt to preserve material integrity and analytical consistency.
For longer-term storage of unopened vials, keep frozen.
Storage guidelines vary by product and are listed on individual product pages when applicable. The refrigerated and freezer ranges above apply to most lyophilized research peptides we supply, but always check the specific product page for compound-specific guidance.
Lyophilized peptides are generally stable through brief temperature excursions during shipping, which is why we ship with temperature-stable packing materials. If you have specific concerns about a shipment, contact us with your order number and we'll review the situation.
