A transaction is deemed accepted only once the order has been processed and shipped.

4. Pricing, Payment & Chargebacks

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Catalyst BioLabs does not retain full payment card details.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment irregularities.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customer satisfaction is our utmost commitment.

If you experience an issue with your order — including billing concerns, fulfillment questions, or product-related matters — we ask that you contact our Customer Service Department directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks, including disputes initiated without prior contact or after verified delivery, may result in:

• Account suspension
• Loss of future purchasing privileges
• Recovery efforts for associated processing fees

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and professionally. Direct communication allows us to provide the fastest and most effective resolution.

5. Risk of Loss & Delivery

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Catalyst BioLabs is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather-related disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered (subject to any optional protection selected at checkout)

6. Inspection & Claims

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

Any discrepancy, damage, or fulfillment error must be reported within three (3) business days of receipt. Supporting documentation may be required.

Failure to notify within this window constitutes acceptance of the shipment.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of laboratory materials:

Only unopened returns will be accepted within 7 days of order being received.

We stand behind our quality and fulfillment.
Issues related to verified quality or fulfillment errors will be addressed promptly.

Refunds or replacements, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Catalyst BioLabs and limited to verified fulfillment or quality issues.

8. Limited Product Warranty

At the time of shipment, products are warranted to conform to the specifications listed on the corresponding Certificate of Analysis for that batch.

This warranty is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price for the affected item.

Except as expressly stated, all products are provided “as-is” without additional warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Catalyst BioLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or research outcomes.

Total liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalyst BioLabs, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claim arising from:

• Unauthorized resale or representation

11. Intellectual Property
